Being offered by the fashion company Abeesa to come take photos at the MMODD fashion show was an incredible honor. It was my first opportunity to apply my photography experience at a showcasing event and I was excited. I put hours of research into how to photograph fashion, such as lighting and specific types of fashion photography (accessory and audience shots for example). When I arrived, I found myself bouncing off the walls and interviewing as many people as possible. The images I took truly encapsulate the entire event and encouraged me to continue this ever growing passion of mine.

These images won an honorable mention at the 2022 MIPA Individual Contest in the News-Feature Photograph category.
