‘The Goal of the Game’ was a two-page spread on the Girls Hockey Senior Night. I wanted to capture not only the team’s bond but also the power of the team itself. Some elements I incorporated into these images were layering, such as seen with the first and fourth image in this photo-story. The goal and the hockey sticks help to emphasize the traditions and the precision of the team. However, the sportsmanship of the team is still present amongst their competitive spirit, which is why this is a convincing and visually appealing photo-story overall.
